A buddy of mine has a 2000 GTS - ACR (the silver/grey one). Awesome car, and I also had a few posters of it on my wall as a kid.

A buddy of mine has a 2000 GTS - ACR (the silver/grey one). Awesome car, and I also had a few posters of it on my wall as a kid. But suffice it to say, the Nismo Z is a much more livable everyday car, in essentially every way possible. He also has an e39 M5 which gets driven far more regularly simply due to comfort and usability. I'd say you made the right choice. Welcome to the forums
