This is an sts rear mount turbo kit. It's not good. What part of Texas are you in ? I would explore removing the kit or at the very least

This is an sts rear mount turbo kit. It's not good. What part of Texas are you in ? I would explore removing the kit or at the very least getting your tuned checked out. Also have the car inspected for any boost leaks or mechanical issues
