New Nismo in Toronto

Hey Fam,

Just spent the last year eating a strict diet of ramen noodles and PB&J sandwiches in order to save up for a 2015 Nismo.

Here's my stupid face when I picked her up from the dealership...

Only other cars I've owned are a 1976 Datsun 280Z and a 1990 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. Still have the 280Z but I sold the 300ZXTT to pay for the Nismo 370Z.

Planning to swap over to a set of Michelin PSS tires ASAP! And this summer I'll be driving it to Las Vegas from Toronto.

Welcome! I imagine the Nismo is quite expensive in Canada. Driving to Vegas sounds like a blast! Hopefully you'll have a companion to to ride along with you... :-)

Thanks everyone. Nice to be there.

It is a bit more expensive. But I heard that the dealerships are having trouble selling them...probably due to the price. So I went in with a reasonable offer and came out with a new toy. Got it for $51k taxes in.

And yes I'll have a friend coming on the trip with me. I will have to teach her stick beforehand though. She seems to be okay right now. I think she just needs practice so that my clutch doesn't get murdered.

Thanks! It was a tough choice but in the end my other Z's have always been red so why break from tradition, right?
