Welcome to the forums Ivan. It depends if you're on a mobile phone or a computer as far as uploading the picture.
If it's a phone, just attach the image. If you're at home, hit the button that looks like a picture and upload the picture of your car. Also, since you were wondering. You can click people's name and rep them aswell when they're helpful.
