Can you do HFC's in CA and pass smog testing? Not sure on a UpRev tune either but that might not be legal in CA. I put on a Stillen

Not sure on a UpRev tune either but that might not be legal in CA. I put on a Stillen lightweight pulley and throttle response was noticeably improved. You might consider that. Biten by the mod bug like most of us. I like it!
