Buying my 1st 370z ..... VIN check help??

Hello members..... Im in the process of buying my 1st 370z "used" from a dealer in Texas. Does anyone here know if there's a listing or place to go where most 370 owners have been listing their cars by VIN or by members who live in a certain State of sorts?

I ask this because ..... my CARFAX checks out OK with 1 previous owner who leased it. It has very low miles - appears in great shape ....... yet there was a claim for very minor damage in the front and the CARFAX reports that it was sold at an auction to the current dealer in Texas. The car originated in Louisiana in 09. Color is Silver - manual 6 speed - touring with sport package options with orange interior leather.

I'd really like to find the original owner and ask a few questions?

Any ideas folks?
