Exclamation Newbie here, got some question before purchase

Hi, I'm very close to buying one, got some question, can anyone help me out? I know I can use search and I did. But just not so sure and I'm completely new to Z.

1. LSD. If I buy a 370Z without LSD, can I install an aftermarket one? I was told yes, but I couldn't find any info about it. I would prefer something like Queife that doesn't use clutch. This is important to me,if I can buy an aftermarket one then I'm not going to buy a brand new Z since I'm going to mod the car anyway.
2. Track preparation. Other than engine oil cooler, what do I need? In SoCal here, our track days in summer would be somewhere around 100F. Anything I should look for if Im planning to track it 5-7 times in a year?
3. Automatic tranny temp. Any problem with the tranny temp in hot days? Let's say running a 25 minutes session without cool down lap.
4. Carbin noise. How's the car bin noise in Z? I have a GTR, car bin noise driving me crazy, so I had to put Dynamat all around the car. Wonder if the Z has the same problem.
5. Exhaust drone. If I replace headers and front pipes with straight pipes, would I get drone? If so, how serious? What's the best way to go with the exhaust set up that quiet at low rpm, screaming at high rpm? I'm looking for a combo that less to no drone and loud at the same time.
6. Any special 370z model I should avoid?

Thanks everyone, looking forward to join Z family.

Ricky

I saw your post the other day but didn't feel qualified to answer your questions. I'll try to help anyway. This is all based on what I've read here so don't hold me to it.

If you're going to start with a base model and build it to track you're definitely going to want a brake upgrade. Rotors, calipers, brake pads and definitely brake lines and a high quality brake fluid. If you have an automatic you might want a transmission fluid cooler as well.

The majority of the cabin noise seems to come from the actual tires on the car. Some members have reported drastic changes once they put on different tires. If you dynamat the Z like you have the GTR you should be fine.

There are a lot of reviews and videos on exhausts. I haven't really read too many threads complaining about drone but it all depends on the exhaust you get. I can only suggest browsing the reviews and asking members what they think.

Thank you bro!
LSD can be added, just not listing on Queife's website. I'll just pick the base model.

I am going to try an help
1. I am not sure but I believe you can add it. The base with sports comes with it.
2. Track the car, oil cooler is needed.
3. You can run a tranny cooler an a rear differential cooler
4. Stock wise I wouldnt really hear drone at all.
5. If you get LTH headers there is no need for test pipes but if you get the shorty yes you can use test pipes of HFC. Check out the exhaust thread with Vids. People have different preferences.
6. I would get the base with sport and touring or just base with sport
