Welcome.
Oil heating issue has been addressed and Nissan is correct. If you are driving on the street (as per how this car is sold) you will have no issue, but if you plan to hit the track you should install an oil cooler. 300 rear wheel HP should not be that hard to hit, it might be more than just intake/exhaust, you might have to throw in some high flow cats but it is fairly easy with just bolt ons to get 300.
