A soon to be 370z owner

Hi everybody! I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm actually 28, never really driven a sports car. I've been driving the Toyota Camry all my life due to budget reasons.

Hi everybody! I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm actually 28, never really driven a sports car. I've been driving the Toyota Camry all my life due to budget reasons. Now that I have a decent job, paid off this Camry, I feel like treating myself a bit. From all the reviews, videos, and forum posts on this site, I feel the 370Z would be a great first choice for a coupe for me.

I admit though, I am not really a expert on cars. I do want to be able to know what I'm doing such as maintenance, repairs, how the car works, etc. So, do you guys have any suggestions for what ways or sites I can visit to build up that knowledge?

One thing I can suggest is having a friend/co-worker who knows about cars and is willing to help you do basic maintenance. That is what I have done, I have a co-worker who enjoys working on cars and has helped with oil changes & upgrades with my car. While many times he is the one turning the wrench I am quickly learning what he is doing and building confidence.
