Question best headers for money

i have recently bought a 370z base model 2009, and was wondering which headers i should get. i'm looking to to spend around 700.im pretty set on get getting long tubes as well as some hfc's.does anyone disagree on long tubes is thier decent clearance for speedbumbs rough roads etc??

ive looked into some ppe headers & z1 motorsports headers but there all quite expensive.im open to any suggestions on the type & esp the brands of headers also if i even need hfc's or test pipes with the long tube type setup.if i do what are pros n cons

you don't need test pipes or HFC with longtube headers because longtubes go from the engine to the midpipe of the exhaust. Longtubes basically are headers and testpipes together. So its either longtubes or shorty headers + HFC/TP. Not both.

Most people say for shorty headers you shouldn't get anything but Z1. For longtubes, besides PPE, Fast Intentions also make some. If you want a good header you probably will have to spend more than $700.

Install is more than 700 at THE CHEAPEST.

It is by far and away the least bang/buck mod you can do
And please do more research on LTD vs shorties and HFCs

Enjoy your time here on the forum

It is a short list. Do your homework as Eclipz and DE.50 mentioned. When you mention for the money, you imply good value. It is a relative term. Set aside $1300 plus install. It is on top of the exhaust parts food chain followed by either CBE, HFCs, or TPs. Whatever you do, don't get an ebay exhaust. You don't want any non-branded e-bay part connected to your motor.
