Finally Home In my New Car

What I like to do is blip the throttle just before I release the clutch and then back on the gas as I'm pulling my foot off. It helps prevent me from stalling it because rpm's are up and I can listen to the sound of the motor as rpm's dip back down and I start feeding in more gas. I only stall is when I rush it... That's with the stock clutch and helper spring still in place.

Love that color, and grats on the 6mt and having the perseverance to go through the learning curve on a spendy and gorgeous vehicle (I thought about it, but couldn't convince myself to start there).

i thought realllll hard and long, it wast a good idea but eh live and learn at 22. but yea that uphill stop and go is a hoe in traffic. i heard even the auto rolls back!

Welcome ! take the spring out lower the engagement and enjoy thats why we mod cars to get them to the way we want them just leaving like it was for me was not an option my G35 was the same way pedal all the way up lowered that real quick and what a difference .

I know the feeling. I drove around a neighborhood right behind the dealer for an hr before heading home. Z is my first manual as well. First thing i did was swap out the helper spring and it really helped me engage better. Itll come with time and practice, especially starting on hills.

lol i dont wanna mess around with it, im gonna learn on what it is. love it or hate it you know, im slowly grabbin that clutch point just my left foot isnt used to being used so saving my car from stalling will come in time.

CLUTCH is homeplate hahaha always go for home

Hang in there Minsu. Don't rush the gas or clutch, just do everything slow and smooth in the beginning.
