And if he doesn't, that's fine. This kid did not make any friends from the other board because he didn't have the qualities that a lot of people consider to be required of others: honesty. He is more than welcome here, as I was, and I appreciate the willingness of this community to receive an obviously flawed person.

What also must be realized is that there are a lot of people here that spilled over from the other forums and some people are not going to be so happy to see such blatant indecency. There are people here that are very suspect of his purchase arrangements as well. I realize that this is a reason to use the ignore function, but I hate that I have to censor myself from something that should I would not to see take place anyhow, but I don't run this forum. This looks to be a fresh start for the Z community. Let's hope to avoid the problems of the previous by being respectful and honest.

You will not find any more baiting or drama from me. My apologies to the community.
Thank you for your post and I totally agree with you. We are going to give him the benefit of the doubt but he really needs to post a picture or some kind of proof as an owner. I am very embarrassed to even ask someone to show us proof of their ownership but also at the same time, I do not want a false statement to go around the forums.

I think pics of ownership is a great idea and should not be looked down on or taken offense to by anybody. Not to mention black base + sports package is exactly what I want and would love to see pics.

Just put a deposit on my 370Z. Could not find the specs I wanted at any dealers, but there is one on a ship from Japan to LA. My dealer is doing a a swap with another dealer who ordered the car originally. It should be at the dealer in Houston around Feb 20th.

Specs

370Z Base
Color: Monterey blue
6 MT
Sports Pkg
Illuminated kick-plates
Splash guards
carpeted trunk mat
carpeted floor mats

MSRP = $34,255
Invoice = $31,807

Price Paid = invoice + $400

Worked with Steve at Tom Peacock Nissan in Houston, TX. Deal was reasonable and appraisal for trade-in was about what I expected.

Hey guys I just flew back a couple hours ago from my trip to Maryland. Yes I did get this Z for below factory... Total price for the z came to just below 35k, registration and fee's will be done when the car arrives in Ca. this carmax in maryland is joint with Nissan and they only recieved one 370z, which was the one I purchased and am shipping to California through a private shipper (not carmax freight). My sales counselor was telling me that when the GTR's came out they had around 6 only there lot, and were selling them for low 70's!!. But anyways everything went well, I was in and out in 30 minutes after a test drive and cant wait for the car to come in within a week or two!! Here are some pics!

but that is at Nissans crappy 7.5% rate. I talked to my credit union and I'm going to go through them at 5.25%, take a check to Nissan and pay them off, that should bring my payment to about $595
is that 72 or 84 mo?

Invoice for a base black AT 370z according to edmunds is like $29,300.

One dealership offered me it for $30,813.

Then I emailed a few other dealerships asking if they could beat that price.

The day after i emailed, a guy called me from a dealership promising that he would beat that price, but he wouldn't discuss the price over the phone.

And just a few hours ago another dealership offered one to me for $30,495.

Not too bad huh?

I think I'm just gunna go back to the guys who were selling it for 30813, tell them about the 30495 offer i got, and see if they will go lower. Because they already have the car in stock and I wouldn't have to wait....

You got Touring + Sport for under 35k? Good deal!
That is what I'm willing to pay and will wait until I can get that deal...

Is there a way to get rid of the carmax sign?

I haven't bought one yet...

All I know is at least three Los Angeles Area Nissan Dealers are offerring myself-
Actual Dealer Invoice on any 2009 370Z...

I am looking at the fully optioned one (2009 370Z Sport Touring Automatic) that MSRP's at $41,935.00 and all three dealers will sell it at $38,491.00 plus documentary fees, tax and license.

And I still haven't played HARD BALL yet- thing in my favor is- my Equifax FICO Score is 806- so no worries about getting a loan if I wanted to get a loan.
