Upcoming 2020 Fast & Furious Movie

So I just watched the preview for the upcoming Fast/Furious in May 2020. Though we have yet to watch the movie, just certain things based on the preview don't make any sense.

1. John Cena plays the role of Dominic's brother, and it took over 20 years to reveal this?
2. Dominic said in #6 he wouldn't turn his back on family even if they do. But in the preview, he says to his brother that he would kill him?
3. Han is back. So how does he come back from the dead? I understand I will have to watch the movie, provided they do provide an explanation. But I can't help wonder: couldn't God's Eye tell them "Hey Han is alive!"?
4. In the preview, Dominic says that his past is catching up with him. Couldn't he have used God's Eye to see where his family is?
5. I didn't see Luke Hobbs in the casting info. I know the tabloids reported of their supposed spat off/on screen, but wow they're going to take him out of the movie just like that?

I think at this point, the entire WWE roster needs to cast in the franchise, and eventually, perhaps in the final installment, we will see Giselle, Elena, Johnny Tran, Vince, and Jesse magically come back to life.
