M&P's are IMHO better, I have/owned both. The XD is not as good as the M&P. I have thousands of rounds down range on the XD's in 40/ 357 sig

M&P's are IMHO better, I have/owned both. The XD is not as good as the M&P. I have thousands of rounds down range on the XD's in 40/ 357 sig and they work. But ergonomics and softer more accurate goes to the Smith's M&P. And Smith's service is top notch. The M&P feels better, points better, and again is softer on recoil. And its a made in the USA gun.

My M&P .45 is amazing. Zero issues after several thousand rounds. I was looking to get a 9mm for the wife...
