sorry about the wrong section. it's an easy mistake, if an admin would please move this. I'll check on the version, i'm pretty sure it isn't updated to OS4 though.

No, it's not unlocked. It is on os 4.0, but can have any previous os installed easily.

I didn't have a pen handy so I just took them inside my z, I figured that would be proof enough
