i'm not sure what's going on w/ Eventbrite. i can't find that setting anymore...

we only have 4 Z's signed up. i was actually just about to post in here and see if you wanted to do it a different day, when we can get a bigger group together. i think it was too little notice on our end.

i totally agree

let's plan another and give a month's notice. i'd like to think we could get 25-30 together this summer (that's how many have joined the club so far).

i'll send out the cancellation email now.

I will go as long as I'm not working. For planning purposes, here is my summer schedule (days I'm gone):

June:
12th through 18th

July:
10th through 16th

August:
7th through the 13th

I'm off all other days. Not that my schedule will dictate when you go, but it should!!

sounds good to me

i'm just trying to organize communication between club members without being "formal" - meetings, chair members, club politics, etc. that stuff is annoying. to be honest, i'd rather everyone decide as a group when/what we do.

edit: scratch that, i might be out of town that weekend (6/1-6/2). what does everybody else's calendars look like for June?
