hey guys, i just got back after getting an alignment at Lou's shop (Lou Fusz Nissan). i wanted to give a quick summary of my experience for those wondering where to take their Z's in STL...

i had my Swift springs and Berk tp's installed there two weeks ago and returned today for a follow-up alignment. Kevin (service tech) helped me dial in my alignment specs very close to what i wanted. "close" meaning i have no adj camber arms, yet. Ron (service manager) took care of replacing a broken spacer stud that snapped off during my swift installation, free of charge.

hands down - it's the best service department i've been to. and that's for every car i've owned - not just my Z. Lou, Ron and Kevin are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. and if you don't already know, Lou is an enthusiast and owns two sweet boosted Z's. nuff said

haha. i'm just impressed w/ the work they do up there. it's definitely the go-to place for service on your Z in STL.

that sounds like a great idea! i'm definitely down for some BBQ'n. any locations in mind? we could also do a winery cruise/meet.

like i said earlier, nobody is really "in charge" of the club stuff. if you have an idea, throw it out there and if everyone is on board, we can organize the meet on the website/blog/email/etc.

it was nice meeting everyone!

ps. i'll have some pics up later. for those that took pics, feel free to upload them to the flickr group and they'll show up on the site automagically. (make sure to tag each pic with 'zeaster')

I got lost due to traffic problems so I missed the cruise. The meet in the parking lot was really a lot of fun. Good meet..............

hey Les, I just wrote you an email about that. next time we'll have a fallback plan if we get split up, or at least get everybody directions ahead of the cruise. glad you had a good time!

Found some good spot to take pictures today. I got some good ones off Brentwood Blvd, it was on the top floor of a parking garage behind the Private bank. I'll post some later.

There's also a neat spot down on the river front.

I don't know a whole lot about the MO wineries, but I know up in Grafton there's a few wineries up the river road. It doesn't matter, either or. BBQ can also go down at Pere Marquette.

That's the kind of hood I'm looking for to aid in cooling with the SC setup. Where did you get it and how much was it? Would love to see it.
