Lou and I have been talking about setting up a date to take some pictures of his car since he put wheels on. We are thinking sometime maybe next week or a week after that. Well since we're already doing this I thought to myself, why not invite everybody else?

I am wanting to do this shoot either Saturday or Sunday somewhere industrial since most buildings are abandoned on weekends and we won't get in anybody's way. Also since it's spring it would be cool to do some "scenery" shots if we get to it. As far as rolling shots, we would have to find a road with little traffic and I'd have to ride with somebody. I'd like this done on a nice sunny day sometimes in the afternoon after 3 pm because lighting works best then.

How many of you guys are interested and when would you be available for this?

Also post any ideas you might have or if you know of cool spots we could do this.

I'm interested, sounds very cool. One catch, please give me as much notice as possible on the date. I have kids sports, home projects, and honey do's typically on the weekend.

Also, for the spring shots and rolling shots there are pretty good roads across the river in Columbia Ill. The "bluff road" would provide dramatic back drops. Only 15 mins from downtown.

i'm off all next weekend and could be down for sure. I agree the bluff road is nice also, there's an eerie parking garage at tucker and locust and some cool parking lots with the LEMP brewery in the backdrop in Benton Park
