Is there any speed shops in arizona that works on boosted 370z's that are really good? My car feels like its in limb mode it drives perfect under 4k rpm

Default I need help.
Is there any speed shops in arizona that works on boosted 370z's that are really good? My car feels like its in limb mode it drives perfect under 4k rpm but once you get to 4k rpm it stutters and jerks around.
