Anyone have the z1 20mm bolt on spacers up front? Any issues with the stock studs clearing the stock rays?

Ni55anPat 02-25-2014 11:07 PM

A lot of new owners. Nice!

Thats what I thougt but ive seen a few posts from people saying it slightly hits the wheel. Guess I'll find out in a few weeks.

Going to install springs, new brakes, and spacers before I pull her out for the season

I think mine are 25 rear 20 front. I went with garageline though. They don't replace the stud. The spacer itself bolts up to the old studs and has its own set independently on the spacer. No running issues to be had with that.

Like latex is the only protection that i'm aware of. Fairly certain they don't make condoms in 19" diameter. :p

You talking wheel wax or Opticoat?

Morning all and happy Monday. I am at the usual spot in my day where i've run out of e-mails to check and tasks are waiting on someone else.

How was everyone's weekend?

Any news on Track Day attendance?

Thinking of getting a winter tire setup but not sure if it's worth it.

If you DD the 370, then buy Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires. I drive my Z all year and haven't gotten stuck in 6 inches of snow

wettone10 03-03-2014 10:43 AM

I have the base with sport package what wheels would you recommend. Really don't want huge 19" snow tires. Very expensive.

Buy used 18" wheels from a base model on this forum. I bet you can get them for relatively cheap. And they're still lightweight wheels.

Well if you get 19's you have to get staggered.

If you buy the base model 18's, you can run 245/45/18 on all four tires, even with different sized widths.

Went to the show for a few hours....Wasn't bad besides "shockwave".

Makes me miss the car that much more.
