fyi when put on it was touching the subframe but my installer APM tuning in Elmhurst adjusted it to not and still line up pretty well from the rear. the sound is amazing!

I just installed mine. No clearance issues at all. It took a bit to align the tips but I was by myself. If I had a second set of hands it would've went faster. Loving the exhaust note and it should only get better as it breaks in.

Me too! I'm testing some pulleys and wanted to get some 0-60 times logged with the torque app!

I'm reviewing them for garageline. Should be good. That's a mod that's been around a loooooong time. Kinda like a lighter flywheel. It should result in quicker acceleration

DAN

Yeah, I know the earlier ones had many fitment issues which were supposed to be addressed in V2. Mine came very well packaged and everything lined up perfectly. I'm going to re-align the left muffler this weekend as it's slightly off centered compared to the right. I just got fed up last week trying to align it by myself.

The sound with stock cats is fabulous.

in for results. Accelerstion should improve as well as throttle feel. It should be slighlty more responsive.

Thinking of pulling the trigger but I noticed there are some blemishes on the car seat and some scratches on the paint. The saleman is not very helpful at all.

I like G O L D !!!

Really, I like gold on the bottoming out technical formation here! LOL

Sean, I'm about to cry knowing you're driving that thing in the winter! :)

Held out taking apart my ride another week. Got to take the wife out to dinner in it last weekend after she did the Hot Chocolate 5k downtown. Still working on the basement on the weekends and trying to get parts off to my body shop and powdercoater! Got my exhaust on order! things shaping up! Next project is to take the front bumper off and send it to the shop for the lip install and start working on the headlight mod and figure out what I'm going to use to tint the tail lights.

what's up with everyone else? any big winter projects going on?

b15 11-06-2013 09:37 AM

I put the Z away last weekend. I have tons of plans but I need to focus on the house for awhile. Hoping at a minimum to have swifts and spacers for the spring, we'll see.

intake is at the powder coaters getting color matched to the car. Not sure I'm going to do the oil cooler just yet.
