Coffee goes back to its normal time and place this Sunday

Sunday Morning Cars and Coffee for Car enthusiasts to gather have coffee and a good conversation.
This is a dry weather Event as all seating is outside.

8-10:30 am every sunday
that is warm/dry enough to sit outside from spring to fall.


Northwest Shelby club is hosting a HPDE at black hawk, i am thinking of putting a route together and head out and check it out. any interest?most of the route would include the roads from my bbq events. would be nice to see, also while there i can talk to the owner and see what it takes to host a Z day track day for next year.

yeah i realized that after i posted this, my wife is on her annual girls camping trip this weekend so an all day car cruise is out for me as i got my boy. but i think he would dig the track. anyhow I hope i can make the galena one

Yeah! I can't make coffee or the SR ride. I'll be downtown at the Chicago Tri Sunday. I'm going to try and make Twin Peaks:tiphat: Not sure though, I gotta get my morning miles in on the bike. Might be able to make it up there in the afternoon if I don't have too much to do to get ready for Sunday!

Hey guys can I join for a pre meet for super car Saturday's! I got a beautiful 370z that's ready for some cruising!

I don't know about this pre meet stuff! I'll still be riding my bike at 7:30! :) But there are 2 Tilted Kilts within 15 minutes of there for post meets! :):tiphat::happydance:

lol get up earlier one day my friend. pre meet is so we can keep the group together when we roll in.

I just ordered some spacers. We'll see how it looks when they are flush! 😀

So Caesar and I installed the Akebono sport-package upgrade on his Z last night.

Install was fairly straight forward barring my own mistakes, like installing the wrong side caliper once. lmao :icon18:

However, the calipers are a beautiful fire orange, not to be confused with the red on a 40th.

The only issue currently is the rear brake shields...
...apparently SOMEONE (me) didn't cut / clear enough space... so Caesar had to drive home with a scraping sound on his new rotors, eek sorry buddy!!

And lastly, a big thank you to Ceasar for sponsoring my car habits ($) was unexpected and very much appreciated!!

Nahh, it's somewhere between the red of the 40th and the orange of the 350z brembo.

Yeah for the color. The calipers look better to me as welI. I don't have enough experience with either car to comment on the performance.

If my calipers start to look shoddy ill get them powder coated a different color but for now they're fine.
