I have an issue you may be able to help with... I received a rear bumper cover from a forum member shipped via Greyhound. That's fine. HOWEVER, he wrapped it in syran wrap like it was a leftover salad!! And during the 900 mile journey it rubbed thru the syran wrap... thru the clear coat... thru the paint and I received a BROKEN Scratched and Gouged bumper cover. Any thoughts on how to deal with the bumper and the forum member that does not reply to phone calls or txt's ??
