Hey all.... first time poster to the MW chat thread.

I have an issue you may be able to help with... I received a rear bumper cover from a forum member shipped via Greyhound. That's fine.

HOWEVER, he wrapped it in syran wrap like it was a leftover salad!! And during the 900 mile journey it rubbed thru the syran wrap... thru the clear coat... thru the paint and I received a BROKEN Scratched and Gouged bumper cover.

Any thoughts on how to deal with the bumper and the forum member that does not reply to phone calls or txt's ??

Did you pay via paypal? you can file a complaint through them.

Yes i did... but Greyhound only covers a max value of $100 for shipped products. Not sure which angle to attack this from. Especially as it's worth $1,000 when painted.
