Has anyone been UpRev tuned in Minnesota? I'm moving to Fargo from Denver and suppose I need a new tune for the altitude. I see DB Performance and Modern Automotive

Has anyone been UpRev tuned in Minnesota? I'm moving to Fargo from Denver and suppose I need a new tune for the altitude. I see DB Performance and Modern Automotive Performance are both tuners, but does anyone have experience with either shop? I appreciate the help
