Fast And Furious Star Paul Walker Killed In Fiery Car Accident

Riding along in a dude's Porsche Carrera GT. Wrapped around a pole.

May he Rest In Peace. :crying:

so it doesn't look like we will be getting a whole lot of rain or snow before the weekend, but it does look like the weekend will be cold. does anyone wanna do a cruise, or just wait till it warms up?

pbhakta 12-03-2013 08:33 AM

Does anyone in KC have 5 inch tips on their 370 exhaust??

edub370 12-03-2013 08:58 AM

iirc, mine are 4.72", which is as big as i've seen i think. nismo's are like 4.6, as a reference.

are you thinking about going 5"?

m3chhawk 12-03-2013 09:01 AM

Fast intentions are 4.5"

If you get a chance, can you post a pic of the back down low to the exhaust. I Im still torn between the 5inch or 4.5 and just need some good images.

mcconned 12-04-2013 02:30 PM

Thanks to Scott Boden, Kit and Jackson Lueg for your attendance at Tony's funeral Monday. If I say so myself, we gave Tony one heck of a sendoff. In the funeral procession were 12 Z's including 240's, Z31, Z32, Z33, and Z34 and an Aston Martin and Scion Coupe driven by former Z32 owners. The family was mightily impressed and appreciative. Maybe Jackson and Kit can post up pictures.

I'll try to when I have time. I'll see what I can do.

edub370 12-07-2013 09:36 AM

mcconned 12-08-2013 02:01 PM

As many of you know, my life, when not boosting the HAZCC, is boosting the SCCA Road Rally program. Why? I find it to be great fun matching myself and my navigator against the Rallymeister and the clock all the while driving and experiencing some GREAT roads.

Rich Bireta is considering hosting a Rally School followed by a Rally on Saturday, February 22. The time would be approximately from 10 am to 4 pm in Lawrence, KS.

Please respond here if interested.

m3chhawk 12-08-2013 02:54 PM

Interested.

tower74 12-08-2013 10:16 PM

Hmmmm. If I'm in town.

edub370 12-09-2013 08:00 AM

OK, it's official...sort of. Rally school and rally Saturday, February 29th. For now, put it in pencil on your calendar. BTW, you do NOT have to be an SCCA member to participate. Details to follow around the first of the year.

It was cold. All kinds of cars there but not a lot of them as it was supposed to be on Sunday. Your dad and I were there and one other 350Z. He kept to himself and sounds like there has been history with that owner. I hung out with your dad and the guys from the Scion club primarily.

pbhakta 12-13-2013 10:00 AM

Any of you guys have thoughts about the Ark Grip V2 Exhaust?

edub370 12-13-2013 12:53 PM

i really dig it (considering my exhaust is pretty much a rep of that system). but looove the way it looks. never heard one in person tho

TenaciousZ 12-13-2013 02:16 PM

Well I just got caught up on everything and I have missed a ton.

Can't wait for spring to see the GTR and newly FI z.

My z hasn't gotten any new parts but I did give it a nice place to sleep for the winter. Dodge Ram - ( 2 wheel drive should be fun this weekend...) and a new paint job for the garage.

Dang Tenacious, I'm a little jelly on the garage. Wish I had that much space... :ughdance:

I've been talking with some of the local GTR owners and maybe able to get them on board as well.

exedy699 12-16-2013 12:59 AM

Speaking of other rides, what do you guys think of this?

It tickles me fancy =D

pbhakta 12-16-2013 12:38 PM

Looks like no one wants to contact me to sell me an exhaust. I contacted FBNISSAN over thanksgiving and still no respone for the Motordyne exhaust. Then I decided to contact MotorDyne itself via PM...no response..now i contacted TeamArk for the ark exhaust...no response. Granted i havent called any of these ppl yet to get ahold of them, but thats the whole point of using PM. Oh well, just a bit frustrated and posting on here to let it out.

Try PMing FBNISSAN again. I've PM'd them a couple of times and it was pretty quick turnaround.
