On another note, who is all going on Saturday to the auto cross event? I sure as hell am

Gilianz 09-22-2013 01:50 AM

Ha it's all good! It was really fun. I think it was the biggest FF yet. And what autocross event do you speak of?

Gilianz 09-22-2013 01:28 PM

Hmm, I would go but probably not participate. Although I think this weekend/rest of the year I'll be working all weekend so no events for me.

exedy699 09-22-2013 01:34 PM

It will be the first time I participate myself. Should be fun

mcconned 09-23-2013 09:06 AM

The Heart of America Z Car Club will be at the Art of the Machine this Sunday. Check www.hazzc.com under the Social Events forum or Heart of America Z Car Club on Facebook for details.

Not that I know of. I emailed him about the wheels. I'll let you know what he says.

Gilianz 09-24-2013 01:35 AM

If he does wish to part out I'll be willing to trade my lights + cash. He has the same color and has what I want done to them... I think.

Edit: I sent him an email about headlights plus rear end as well :)

m3chhawk 09-24-2013 08:16 AM

He has A LOT of money in that car. He would be better off parting out.

m3chhawk 09-24-2013 08:41 AM

This could play into our favor. Especially with Volks and Amuse involved.

They are stickers, why do you want them removed?

m3chhawk 09-24-2013 09:54 PM

Just wouldn't look good right in the middle of my all black car

Gilianz 09-24-2013 10:11 PM

Hmm, you do have a point there...

Gilianz 09-25-2013 04:27 PM

Success! Hats off to Revline KC for getting my exhaust readjusted. Turns out they just needed some washers for readjustment of the exhaust. No gaskets/flanges used. Now it sits nice and even.

that place is kinda odd.... they just buy everyones custom stuff off craigslist and then re-sell it. must be buying cash in order to make a margin.

erkthejerk73 09-26-2013 12:07 PM

<-- is Zless now!

m3chhawk 09-26-2013 12:07 PM

Yeah they never responded to my email about parts swapping either.

This used to be his car...not sure who he sold it to.. That front bumper looks like the mines front lip

Century20 or something are the side skirts...

Edub370

the rear bumper is Ab Flug

I wonder how much he wants for the airbag system hmmmmm

370ZAWD 09-26-2013 02:31 PM

Need to get some new tires and was wondering what you guys recommend for the area. I drive all the time unless it snows and need a shop that does not charge an arm and a leg. Ideas?

I run Hankook V12's and love them, but I don't drive it in the rain. I've heard good things about the factory Bridgestone Potenza's as an all-season and I have a set that is essentially brand new if you are interested.

Holy crap. Ab Flug rear? That must have cost a fortune! I do like the sides as well, it flows really well from the looks of it. Too bad I never got a response about a part out. I would definitely go for those headlights... Although if he had the the dual orb LEDs it would look better

I run nitto Neogen's. I have nothing but great things to say about Them. plus they are made to run a little negative camber. I have a set with about 90 percent tread left that I'm willing to sell. pm if you're interested

sboden 09-28-2013 10:37 PM

Continental Extreme Contact DWS have them on the 370Z and on my G35 in the past...snow won't stop you except for depth if you get surprised by it.

I just found out this is the last Fast Fridays of the year!

edub370 10-03-2013 08:06 AM

too bad it will be rainy tomorrow

Ghostvette 10-03-2013 11:14 AM

Since it's raining today, maybe it won't get washed out. I really wanted to go this time, but I've got to work the second job Friday. :shakes head:

tower74 10-03-2013 12:23 PM

Which way should I go...... Fast intentions or the cheap gtm kit with the turbos that are mid grade turbos?

If I go FI then the car will get a custom quad exhaust for the zele kit. Which will cost a ton...my guess is around $15k+ or the gtm which will run around $10k total.

m3chhawk 10-03-2013 12:30 PM

FI. The quality, the support, the end product, the scalability.

I work with MHI components on a daily basis. You DO NOT want to be a part of that **** storm when they put 100+ of those kits on the road and try to support the problems with "GTM Customer Service."

I've looked around and talked with some subbie guys and they all told me to avoid that brand of turbo.

tower74 10-03-2013 02:25 PM

Well now. There goes $15k+.
