See, none of the car shows I go have this at the end. If you don't like it, you don't need to find a new hobby. We need to self police and keep **** like this from happening so we don't get anyone hurt and/or attract any more negative attention than we already do.

If the community frowns upon acting like a tool in public places it will happen less often.

Bingo! If I'm ever at a meet where this kind of crap happens, you can bet I will be distancing myself from the group. If I were in charge of the group (or one of the leaders/founders - like Steve), I would absolutely be policing the group to ensure they don't pull stunts like this...

But, Steve supports the "spirited" driving on the back roads that are less traveled. It's justified for those 2 reasons.

I will now, however. From a leadership perspective, I can understand where Steve is coming from. If you're going to do stupid $hit like this, it is better done out of the public eye on the backroads where it is less likely to be noticed. I'm not saying it's right or wrong.
