When was the letter postmarked? I haven't received one yet and just curious how they are going about mailing them out? 09's first, then 10's and early 11's? Or just

When was the letter postmarked? I haven't received one yet and just curious how they are going about mailing them out?
09's first, then 10's and early 11's? Or just mass letters to all Pre-late 11 Z owners?
