Anti-ZDayZ Track Event (Summit Point | 18-19 May)
 

For any fgts who arent planning on going to ZDayZ this year, you're welcome to join myself and several others at Summit Point, with TrackDaze in May.

Prices have gone up a little bit this year, but the perk is if you register early enough, it's almost the same price as last year.

Right now, I know of 2 friends going with me, but that will likely expand to more. If a friendly crowd isn't enough to entice you, we'll also likely be bringing a portable grill and foodstuffs with us to nom on, which makes for a fun time.

Also, if you'd be in the newbie group, now is the time to consider signing up. Beginner group can fill up quickly!

Mmmm, depends on the progress of my college class' final paper. I SHOULD be, though.

Bumpity bump. $35 discount expires on 26 April, and it's starting to fill up quickly. If you want in, registering now would be wise.

Won't be making this one. 3 days on VIR the following weekend.

I think that's worth it. I was planning on going there this year, but Josh is deploying and I want to go again with him. Next year, likely.

I AM, however, going to Mid-Ohio in September.

I want to go to VIR to do the Ariel Atom driving experience thing. Need more 6MT experience before I do though :p

Looks like the instructors driving...but I didn't see anything particularly impressive. And holy **** that is expensive.

So, for $1695 for a single day event, you get 4x 20 minute sessions with 2X 30 minute classroom sessions. Morning sessions have a PACE CAR.

Or, for Track Daze, for $380ish, you get 8x 25 minute sessions, 2X 1 hour classroom sessions, and no pace cars. Both programs give one-on-one instructor feedback.

It's the Lamborghini thing, but you might get a chance to learn something I guess...price is obnoxious, though.

I think it's more about getting to drive an Ariel Atom than actually learning. I just thought it was something cool, i haven't really looked into it at all.

You'll still get far more out of that class, than the Lamborghini event, for sure. That was just a shit-show, it seems.
