Three questions:
-I'm obviously keeping the lenses - also the bulbs but does anyone want my old ones (they have defects but nowhere near as bad as some of the others). You can have them for free or buy me a beer or something. Whatever.

-Does anyone want to help me defray costs a bit by buying other parts like the housings/ballasts etc?

-Does anyone know a good customs shop that would handle cannibalizing the new lights and fixing up the old ones? I can't seem to find a shop willing to handle it. Preferably one around the DC area but I'm somewhat flexible.
Are you planning on selling the internal housing? I might be interested depending on how much you wanna sell it for.
