Holly sh*t dude that sucks. Is putting them in an oven the only way to break the seal?

When I had my gti, guys woud do that to their headights all the time, theyd fuk it up after putting them in the oven, but the gti headights were like 150 a set.

Yeah I'm not gonna do anything before researching, but I did see some used headlights on eBay for like $350 each.

It's not the only way, but it's the quickest and most efficient way. A bunch of people on the forum have done it in the oven without any problems. I think maybe a bigger oven would have helped.

May I ask how did you open up the housing like which method? Heat gun with a home made box or oven
