Have they ever been pulled apart before?

If not.. bring it to the dealer and have them deal with it. Your headlights should not be getting water inside of them.

I had them painted before..so I guess it didn't get seal tight enough..I guess I have to take it apart and wipe it down..
Does anyone know a good sealant that is to seal the light back up tight? So I don't have to deal w it next time..thanks

Go to autozone and get black silicone sealant. You can apply it to the seam like if you were caulking a bathroom tile. I have had people come to me for these same problems and 100% of the time thats the easiest fix.
