I went over the seal on mine with a nice strip calk, and had the engine bay open for most of the day to soak in the sun's heat. To dry everything out.

there is no reason why EW's headlights should condensate. He literally has a whole tube of sealant around both his headlights by now I'm sure

MKG just did the reheat/reseal method, which is usually good enough but out of the 3 sets of headlights, he didn't use any extra sealant

Yeah man still no moisture and it has been nasty here in PA. Every morning I wake up and my entire car is covered in dew. Its so humid its not even funny. Got some rain coming this week so that will be the real test.

surprisingly doesn't take much for it to come off your hands but yes when putting headlights back onto the car with sealant everywhere. messy!
