LTH and HKS where can i pass inspection in PA

ok so I got PPE LTH and HKS exhaust and i live in state college PA and Ive been told my car wont pass inspection because i dont have cats.

Salem Base Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: state college Posts: 50 Drives: 09 370Z Rep Power: 15	LTH and HKS where can i pass inspection in PA ok so I got PPE LTH and HKS exhaust and i live in state college PA and Ive been told my car wont pass inspection because i dont have cats. was wondering does anyone know any place where I can pass or would it pass anywhere because there is secondary cats on the exhaust. I'm not from here so im not familiar with this any help would be appreciated.
