I finally got my registration, but when I went by the inspection place yesterday (before they closed) the ONE guy who issues stickers wasnt there so I couldn't get one.

On the way home I got pulled over because I didn't have a sticker. I didn't get a 'ticket' persay but he wrote me a card that the sticker guy now has to fill out and I have to send in.
