I will be moving soon, and need to get a few things done at the new place...

are there contractors you have worked with that you like in the area?

I need a plumber / flooring installer, also am looking to buy new appliances....

my landlord has pretty good success finding people to do work at my place with Doctor Reviews & Contractors Ratings - Find a Doctor or General Contractor | Angie's List

Jay, get on craigslist, you can find good contractors on there that arent gonna charge you an arm and a leg. usually..

Yeah, and arent insured, and will go to your house, fall and break an arm, and sue your azz.

My dad's a contractor, but he charges an arm and a leg. The markup for contractors is outrageous.

You could always write up a disclaimer just for that purpose.. lol
