High flow cats are legal. Test pipes are not. You have to have at least some form of catalytic converter (visually). If it looks like you have one, you're good.

High flow cats are legal. Test pipes are not. You have to have at least some form of catalytic converter (visually). If it looks like you have one, you're good. I'm sure you'd probably fail if they noticed the smell as well.
