Oh i'm not knocking the sport at all. When the time is right i'll be swapping my '12 touring for another '12 Tpuring but with Sport and maybe Nav as well and still with a 7AT. After driving even VABAM's a couple weeks ago and while I did so enjoy it at the time, after i got back in my car and realized what i could do with an auto, especially in a non-sport model, i quickly realized that i had nothing to lose and only everythibg to gain. Even if i do swap the diff. To each their own. But that's where i'm at. Another good reason i still havent done any mods this year.

This is all i'm going to say for now...

Downshift Rev Match.

Since it is an auto, they still employed the software to better assist those that bought the auto with faster gear shifts for the track. It is actually quite impressive. If you haven't ridden in an auto with someone that knows what they are doing, ride with me sometim. You might find yourself fairly impressed.

I have G3s, FI RHFCs, and FI CF Non-resonated CBE on order already. Everything i read said I could drive it, but I would be running rich. May be a while before I will have the time off work to drive to DC or North Carolina to get a proper tune. In the absence of any decent tuners here, I'm going to do the Z1 mail in flash until I can get around to doing a proper tune.

Lmao @ "paddle shifter" and by the way dark whenever you head down to get your tune let me know we can ride out because i know i def need one by the way i def felt the power increase after i installed my intakes also noticed the sound difference on the highway while full throttle, i def was not expecting it.

I'm excited to hear how the NISMO exhaust note changes after the G3s go in. Everyone but me seems to have a decent sounding exhaust note. The straw that broke the camel's back was riding behind Onelownismos car on our last cruise. Damn you non resonated FI CBE lol!!!

I'm praying for them to get to my house before the end of the week so I can get my "mod fix" in before I have to go back to work. I'm down for the cruise to get a tune, but know it won't be until at least spring before I can roll out like that because of work.

You read up on the Z1 mail in flash service? Thoughts???

I still don't see a clutch pedal which seems to be the only thing separating a manual from an auto. And don't give me the "GTR has two clutches" line. It is still an auto. You mash the gas. It goes. And yeah, I was talking about getting rid of the Z a year ago. Never said it still couldn't happen. Just because I write "ZdayZ 2015!" doesn't mean I won't show up in a Lotus Evora S or something else equally appealing. Doesn't mean I won't show up in a bone stock 2012 Touring gunmetal non-sport Z just like I have now that would still kick your *** even with the extra cash you threw down on mods for your "track ready" Nismo. Even VABAM can't get away from me and his **** is built right!

Hey! My buddy CJ is trying to put together a meet in the VB area this weekend. He's gonna send me the details if he follows through and I'll post those up here. It is with the Acura crew I hung with for a few years but a couple of you have met him. All good people.
