I've only put 1000 miles on my car so I am extremely happy!

The Nissan service manual actually says to replace the CSC every time the transmission is pulled because dust can slip past the seal when the transmission is pulled back. The CSC on my Z was replaced under warranty by the previous owner at 16k miles. I bled my clutch out last month at 30k miles and there was some dust in the fluid. I plan to bleed it out at least every year for now on.

Voice59, what clutch/flywheel/slave cylinder are you running?

Anyone wanna do some driving tonight

Voice59 09-08-2015 08:40 PM

My bad didn't see the last part. Zspeed stage 2 or 3 daily with light weight flywheel and upgraded csc and master cylinder.

How's gymnastics treating your little one on a side note? Olympian in the making?

If or when I have to replace my clutch I think I'm going to ditch the dual mass flywheel for a slightly lighter steel billet flywheel, Zspeed's CSC, and a stock or stage 1 pressure plate and disk. I was curious as to what clutch you needed with all the torque your Z is making.

Daughter is still doing gymnastics 25 hours a week but she won't be going to the Olympics without buying a ticket to get in. She does do some superhero like stuff though.

Stage 2 or 3 daily... I don't remember which. All you have to do is tell him the numbers you expect to or are putting down and he'll recommend a range.

Voice59 09-10-2015 02:03 PM

Lol@without buying a ticket. In due time.
