Painted my OEM tow hook today, I'm now unmistakable from the front...

Now we just gotta be fast enough to get in front with all that "spirited driving" you do. Lol

Voice59 06-11-2015 11:51 PM

Sorry to hear that. Happen to me 2 months after I got my car. Only I couldn't find the nail. TPMS kept going off, I'd check, nothing. Finally a friend riding behind me saw it. It was close to the wall so only option was replacement. What I learned.

If u ordered from tirerack.com and got the hazard insurance, it a free repair or replacement.

If it's not on the sidewall, u could go with a plug. Surprisingly they still do plugs.

On the bright side, the tires are new so you only have to replace one and not 2.

Let us get a pic when able. Was it a blow out or a slow leak?

Going to the drag strip tonight! Hopefully I do better than last time.....

Slow leak but driving on it caused sidewall damage which means it has to be replaced.

Let me know how you do.

@Ngo...I'm ready to hit the "go" button on UpRev Osiris Standard. Whats your schedule look like? Are you available next weekend the 19th - 22nd to help me out if it gets here by then?

Voice59 06-12-2015 07:52 PM

You're gonna tune your car yourself?

bkngo 06-12-2015 07:52 PM

Adrian, of course buddy! I'm dropping my son off at summer camp next Sunday in the morning. Other than that yes I'm available whenever. It is super easy. It takes less than 10 minutes.

Make sure you download Osiris and Cipher from the UpRev website onto your laptop. If not I have it on my laptop.

I just uploaded a new map from UpRev yesterday and it drives even smoother now. Tech support told me to do one more data log with this map and then they can make final adjustments... then it's dyno time :)

Voice59 06-12-2015 07:54 PM

Oh ok...you're just loading maps. I thought you were actually in there tuning.

sorry to hear Kai... hopefully you have road hazards insurance on that tire. I bought my wife some new Good Year Eagle Sports and it is great... I would love to purchase some summer tires but this she is my DD so winter is coming lol...

Voice59 06-12-2015 07:58 PM

It's all good... I think I might be getting a deal on some tires.
