Yes, in VA they generally ticket you for reckless when going 20 over.....but two reckless tickets in the same year, within a few months......kiss your license goodbye. And I will say this, too......it's possible when the cops checked and saw he had already been caught for reckless before, they used him as an example. I won't deny that it really depends on the officer who stops you.
