Good quality, Kimberly-Clark fabric. Keeps water/dust out while being breathable. Has not scratched my paint at all. I am OCD and like to wipe down my car weekly so I notice every little thing on the paint.
 The fabric is also somewhat thick so if you drop something on it in the garage or what have you, it won't dent or scuff the car up.
