I was on a Air Force C-17 at Andrews Air Force Base, coming back from an Asia trip, we landed at 145pm, and at 151pm the quake hit, we had all ready stopped, and the doors of the plane were down, and all of a sudden the plane started shaking, and several people started asking, "Arent we taxied? Are we still moving?" and then several people's govt. blackberries went off with official mail informing everyone of the quake.. pretty crazy.
