We actually just sit in the lobby and chat with each other on the forum.

Biggest :facepalm: last year was me, shadoquad, and Red__Zed sitting in the lobby on our laptops chatting with each other on the forum. NOT A WORD WAS SPOKEN, but paragraphs were typed. :bowrofl:

Not at night. We drive several hours each day, usually starting in the morning. It wears you out after a while.

One of the best things about ZDayZ is that cell phone reception is only really available at the lodge. I just shut my phone off for the entire time pretty much. I leave the number to the lodge for family if they need me in an emergency. That is a very nice feeling to know your phone won't ring.

I understand. For many people, they've grown up not necessarily knowing a time when there was no cell phone or internet. Trust me, you won't miss it a bit, especially when your busy trying to keep it together through the twisties! And when you aren't taming the Dragon, you'll be hanging with several hundred Z fanatics having one hell of a time.

i got 4 days approved. Ron & Company are hauling their Zs on a trailer and will be driving a huge pick up... so they're leaving like Tuesday, I think.

As for sitting in the lobby... most of us see the lobby twice: once on check-in, once on check-out. Other than that, come sit down on one of the porches with us, drink a beer, and listen to us all tell lies... er... stories, about the previous years and all of our mad driving skills. :tup:
