Go to google maps and type in "Tail of the Dragon" and take a look at the curves on that road. And yeah, it's right by Deal's Gap. Then look up the Cherohala Skyway, which is also nearby. Then look at rte 28 by Fontana Village.

Every road there is a scenic, winding paradise for driving, and the Z is a terrific vehicle to do it in.

The Village where they hold the Zdayz events is a sprawling resort with cabins and a lodge.

Now, picture a week off of work, just hanging out in spring time, in beautiful North Carolina (and Tennessee), waking up first thing in the morning, driving those intense and scenic roads, coming back in the afternoon with something like 300-400 Z's spread across this large resort, then hanging in the evening with our crew, grilling out at Jon's cabin, throwing back some beers, the whole time being mostly off the grid and worry-free. That's Zdayz, man.
