I dipped for about 17 years and this January marked 3 or 4 years nic free. Can't remember. Two years ago I was having a bad day and said, "eff this" i need a chew. Bought a tin of Kodiak and several minutes later had to pull over and puke...dumped the tin and went on my way. like others have said earlier, once your mind tells you you are done with something you win. Not a lot of people as adults set goals for themselves and follow through - I am one of them sometimes. You should be proud of yourself. Congrats again.
