I will put up with them if they give me some decent roads to not drive on. :yum:

Holding your breath for that one, are you?

I wish we would spend billions on the infrastructure.

Yeah, I didn't try too hard to make it clear. I didn't figure anyone would get it.

I guess under the loose definition of the word I am. I'm a few months away from my BSEE, and working as a test engineer in my spare time. It looks like I'm going to be moving out of the field once I graduate though.

Ooh more engineers! :)

I'm currently majoring in chemical engineering. We're using Laplace transforms in my process control class, but I've never heard of the Z transform. Is that when a Z becomes a transformers robot? Lol jk ;)

I'm a computer scientist. It's like an engineer who didn't need to know math.

lol I didn't fail math. I wanted to make just as much money as an engineer without having to learn math. It's a difference. :icon18:

I go to the University of Maryland College Park and I'm in my junior year. If anyone knows of any possible summer internships for chemical engineering, please let me know. Thanks!

You didn't fail math, you were just scared of it. Lol. ;)

Didn't realize how many engineers and "almost engineers" we had here. We should start an EngineerZ club.

fix't

Blades, we ought to meet up at one of the Mid-A get-togethers. I don't know of any internships right off hand, but I have contacts with some local companies and organizations.

Haha, I'm just ribbing you. The market for CS guys is much better than it is for EE guys right now anyways.

It's all good, br0. My best friend and his bride-to-be are both big shot engineers. I have mad respect. It's not easy!

Are you gonna be at the next MD meet? I will see you there if you decide to go. I appreciate the help.

I was gonna go to the job fair they're having this week, but those things are completely useless for summer internships. In the fall they tell you to come back in the spring. In the spring they just tell you to apply online. Some companies don't even take resumes there. Last year we weren't even allowed to shake hands :icon14:

GM_Traitor3.5 02-16-2011 03:10 PM

I could use a new job. Anyone hiring around here that needs someone with 4 years of project management experience??
