Honestly I like this. Too many people fail to stop on red for a right turn and cause or almost cause accidents.

But I agree with Red it will be enforced wrong. So I will make sure to stop for at least 10 seconds even if the road is clear, just so an officer can't confuse a quick stop with a rolling one. :)

I almost got taken out by a dude rolling right through a red light last night, so I currently support this measure. Also because someone from the government is here.
