Its basically park in the order as you come in. The line is going to be LOOOOOOONNNGGGGG depending on what time you come in. If you show up earlyish like around 11 or so, then you can def get a good spot wherever you want.
But basically it's just a GIANT parking lot (parking for the comcast center) and they try to organize the spots by Manufacturer and Model, but it doesn't always end up that way. I would suggest trying to roll in with a few other 370 guys if anyone else plans on going. And yea entrance fee is either one (or more if your feeling generous) canned food item, or $1 per person!
